Once you have decided which home systems and appliances you want to be covered, it is time to select a plan that will satisfy all of your needs for a home warranty. Landmark Home Warranty plans consist of two options, the Home Systems Plan, and the Total Protection Plan. The prices for these plans are listed below. Landmark Home Warranty’s pricing listed in their brochure is comparable to that of industry leaders such as Choice Home Warranty or Select Home Warranty.

The Home Systems Plan includes home systems repairs and tune-ups, as well as pest control and subterranean termite treatment. This plan would be the best for you if had your kitchen and laundry appliances recently updated, and they are still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please remember that the manufacturer’s warranty and home warranty cannot be combined.

The Total Protection Plan covers all home systems mentioned in the table below, plus pest control and termite treatment, and on top of that all major kitchen appliances, central vacuum, washer and dryer, and garage door opener. This plan would work the best for those homeowners who prefer to have peace of mind by covering as much as possible under their home warranty protection.
