We have a washing machine that has been around for a few years. Somehow the sticker telling us what model number it is got removed. So when it had an issue we thought nothing of it until the appliance repair company Landmark sent out, after charging us $60 bucks, told us that there was a problem but they couldn't fix it without a model number and advised us to just get a new washing machine. Landmark denied our claim even after sending in photos of the washing machine so they could try to figure out the model for us. Don't waste your time or money. This company is worse than an insurance company and this isn't the first time our "home warranty" hasn't been worth it. Go with someone else who is more reputable and cares about customer service. Posting responses on the reviews here saying "sorry not sorry" and justifying their horrible business practices only shows how little they care. UPDATE: After posting this review Landmark took a second look at my washing machine. The repair company told me that they decided they were able to figure out the model after looking at the photos again. (seriously?) However, they did end up sending us a brand new washing machine. WOO HOO!! I'm glad they finally stepped up. It shouldn't take someone going to social media to get a response but this time it worked out. Hopefully this means they are trying to clean up their image. Now if only they could pay me back for the AC unit that I spent $1700 to fix after they told me it DAMAGED ITSELF and therefore it wasn't covered...
