Customer Reviews and Feedback

Quotes from actual customer reviews:

Had roof leak repair work done under our warranty. The vendor was very experienced and professional. He found the problem and fixed it.

BBB, March 23, 2018

When I bought my house, a contract with First American Home Buyers was paid for by the seller. I think the annual contract was like $450. They seem good (quick response, good contractors) but the service call is very expensive ($75). I have called them but I amassed several items at one time in order to justify the service call expense. To me they are not worth the money (especially this one at $75 a pop) unless the problems are rather large. I'll likely be performing any other work myself.
