The policy was clearly stated in a downloadable brochure that can be found under Choose a Plan button in the Homeowners section of the site. This brochure also includes information on what is covered and what is not covered under each plan as well as dollar limits for the services provided by the company and the certified contractors. All the prices and service fees are listed on the site in the Homeowners section as well.

The new customers should keep in mind that the contract will be renewed automatically unless cancelled. This is a standard procedure for most home warranty companies.
